I (she/her) am a compassionate therapist with a Master’s in Counselling from City University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Manitoba. I have extensive experience in individual, family, and couples therapy, and acknowledge that I practice on Treaty 1 territory, traditional territory of the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene Peoples, and on the National Homeland of the Red River Métis.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centred, strength-based, trauma-informed, and harm-reduction frameworks. I believe in the inherent strength of every individual and works collaboratively with clients to explore their unique experiences. I guide my clients through challenges such as anxiety, trauma, relationship dynamics, grief, and life transitions, and tailor my approach to meet the client’s needs.
I aim to create a collaborative, safe and inclusive environment where clients feel valued and supported. I believe in the inherent strength and potential of every individual and I am dedicated to helping them achieve personal growth and healing. By fostering resilience, identifying strengths, and encouraging confidence, I empower clients to move forward with lasting change.
