Hi, I’m Ifedayo Bolaji. A Registered Social Worker with specialized experience in supporting youth and adults impacted by substance use and addiction. With a deep commitment to harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and recovery-focused approaches, I have worked extensively in both community and clinical settings to help individuals navigate the complex challenges of addiction, mental health, and recovery.
Drawing on my training in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed practice, I create a non-judgmental, supportive space where clients can explore their goals, build on their strengths, and make meaningful changes in their lives. I’m passionate about working with youth and young adults, recognizing the unique barriers they face and the importance of early intervention.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the prestigious University of Manitoba and am a registered member in good standing with the Manitoba College of Social Workers. With a client-centred and culturally responsive approach, I am dedicated to empowering individuals, advocating for systemic change, and promoting healthier communities.
