Biography
I primarily work with youth at Oak Tree Therapy, supporting those who’ve experienced trauma and helping them feel safe, connected, and understood. I care deeply about building strong, trusting relationships and creating a space where young people can truly be themselves.
My Practice
My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive. I’ve spent most of my clinical experience working with youth in Indigenous communities, often providing land-based therapy practices that center around culture, connection, and healing.
My approach is grounded in warmth, collaboration, and a deep respect for each client’s lived experience. I’m passionate about creating safe spaces where young people feel heard, seen, and empowered.
I’m proud to be part of the Oak Tree Therapy team and remain committed to ongoing growth, learning, and care.
