Hi, I’m Christine Fedora! I am an Indigenous psychotherapist and the owner of Oak Tree Therapy. I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work. I am also working towards a PsyD (Cand.) in Psychology and aspire to be a psychologist. More specifically though, I am a person who sparks change in people’s lives and relationships.
I help children, youth and families who want to feel satisfied within their daily lives, but feel like due to experiences and circumstances within their lives they struggle daily. I support people to explore their history and culture to understand patterns and interactions they may not even be aware of. So they can begin to have more control of their emotions and be excited about their lives again.
I know from my years of experience working with children and families who struggle with various issues that you have the ability to make big changes in your life. If you are ready to do the work, you will be amazed at how capable you are to explore parts of yourself that you never knew existed. The process of therapy can allow you to grow more quickly than you have before.
I believe that each of us can be fulfilled in our lives. If you are ready to explore what is getting in your way and figure out what to do next. Please contact me! Wishing you wellness, health and happiness!
